Terrible after hours service. I was stuck on hold for more than 2 hours trying to rebook a cancelled flight, with no hope of anyone picking up. Sent 8 emails to their inbox and nothing. I couldn't even get them to cancel my trip, still no reply now almost 6 hours later. What's the point of having an after hours service if no one is monitoring it??
This service absolutely stinks. They are worse than useless in Europe. Unable to book Sixt. I had three attempts to pick up and ever time they sent me back with a solution that failed. Finally had a booking at a Hertz location where they have no office. No collection details pick up was actually at the DB office but they neglected to tell me that. So by the time I got through they were closed. When your at the location and need help don’t call corporate traveller!! See photo they can take over 30mins to answer!!! Over an hour before they will be defeated and your day ruined. Awfully, awfully bad.
If I could give it zoro star I would. Worst service ever! Useless and rude!No response for 4 business days for an urgent rebook.
Managing travel for a large company that has international and domestic movements can be very time consuming, stressful and daunting. CT have made a BIG positive difference to our business. We are only small and don't have the stretch to manage our various travel needs with staff in Fiji, Indonesia and AU. CT manage it all for us. I especially appreciate the ease of booking, the personalisation of knowing our needs and the after hours emergency contacts to fix any issues on the fly. Another benefit is the monthly billing and material provided makes it easy for accounting purposes. It's all in the one statement and has been tailored to suit our cost centres and tags to identify what travel is chargeable back to our own clients. We have saved HEAPS in time and effort and CT onboard has significantly reduced stress levels so our people can get on with doing their work and not fussing over travel arrangements:- I used to do it all and it was a headache for me. CT staff are amazingly friendly and kind and have lifted a big weight from my shoulders knowing that our travel is under control. Their social events and surprise gifts are...surprises and delightful. We feel that our CT team are an extension of our full team. I recommend CT to other businesses - consider it even if you are small the benefits add up!
Operation Smile Australia have been working with Corporate Traveller since early 2018, our organisation does a lot of travel internationally as well as domestically. Our experience with Corporate Traveller has been fantastic, we have a dedicated travel manager and team that are always available to help and make sure that quotes and bookings are turned around very quickly. We have found that Corporate Traveller’s prices and customer service cannot be beaten. The after-hours team are also fantastic, helping with unexpected booking changes and cancellations. We highly recommend Corporate Traveller and would not book our travel elsewhere
Over priced, sometimes double what you can find online at the Airlines. And their excuse is, “well that’s just our price”. And with that in mind you still pay extra if you need to change a flight?! Staff tend to be quite rude and short, not very service driven. Imagine you’re stuck somewhere, need to change your flight, stressed to the max and you have a rude travel “assistant” that says you need to pay extra for the flight change. And their ridiculous price doesn’t even include a flight change. I’m done!
