I've visited every pharmacy in Melbourne, and in my humble opinion, this is the best one

I was there to pick up my free Glucose meter today which organised by my diabetes educator ,I actually called them few days ago and the staff told me that I need to pay $45 for it instead of what my educator said it’s free. I know I need to purchase the strips, needles and needle container. I was in rush and I need to go somewhere after so I asked a few time if I can pick up the meter first and come back for the rest accessories, but the staff doesn’t want to let me go and kept pushing me to get everything. Really not happy with the experience and I would never come to this pharmacy again. The staffs there just wanted you to put down some money there but not understand what you need. Don’t go there, it’s terrible

Jack at HealthSmart has been amazing and has provided excellent customer service every time. Always ready to help and he goes the extra mile to ensure you are well looked after and your requirements are addressed.  Definitely some "smart" people running this pharmacy to ensure customer are "healthy" and happy.  THANK YOU for your service!  Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable pharmacist I spoke to who was able to answer a range of complicated pharmacological questions that most pharmacists couldn’t answer for me. I was directed my a pharmacist to ring a clinical pharmacy, and I was fortunate enough to talk to a pharmacist who has a PHD in the field of pharmacology relevant to my enquires which were extremely complex. He was able to explain everything to me in the way I needed to understand it, I think in future I’ll be calling on Saturday mornings if I have any extremely complex questions if any changes are made in my care plan and I need further advice and understanding. The Pharmacist Manager was very attentive and understanding and she took the time to go through everything in simple terms that I could easily comprehend. She was calm and patient with me and helped aleviate my stress. Great service!
