I happened to walk into this pharmacy around 6:00pm, not realizing that it was actually their closing time. What really impressed me was that the pharmacist didn’t rush me at all or ask me to leave. Instead, they were incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my medication and what I should do next time when getting my prescription.nnIt was a Thursday, and I had assumed most pharmacies stayed open until 9:00pm. Despite being at the end of their workday, they still provided such thoughtful and caring service, which truly stood out to me.nnHighly recommend this pharmacy — excellent service and a genuinely kind and helpful team.

This morning in the cosmetics section, I overheard a female staff member speaking in Mandarin to two elderly Chinese customers who appeared to be a couple.nnWhile helping the lady choose foundation products, some of the expressions she used sounded quite inappropriate and disrespectful. At one point, she told the elderly gentleman that he was no longer needed here and asked him to wait outside the aisle because the area was too crowded.nnLater, when the lady tried to ask a question while she was explaining the product, the staff member said, “Don’t interrupt me, let me finish first.”nnAs a Chinese speaker, I felt uncomfortable hearing this interaction. In my opinion, the way this female staff member communicated did not seem very professional. Elderly customers deserve patience and respect, especially when they are trying to understand products.nnThe store is new and the shopping environment is comfortable, which I really appreciate. However, I hope the management can pay more attention to customer service and ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

The pharmacist was helpful and efficient in ordering my medicine, takes an extra step for me to make the collection process easier. The staff, especially the manager, was helpful too.

Went to this branch to pick up my click and collect. The guy working behind the counter 07Mar Sat around 1pm was very polite, which is very rare because when I go other branch in box hill, most of the staff are grumpy.
