Their price is quite competitive compared to the big pharmacy stores,however do your due diligence on the expire date before you make the purchase.
Mr Wu is absolutely rude. I went in to get my medicine as I was in the centre and the lady who greeted me rudely told me I cannot come in without a mask...I replied "with respect I have an exemption". The manager came out and said I want to see it. These people and their lack of English and manners have discriminated against me. People have disabilities that are invisible, mental, or otherwise. What a disgrace. The world is in turmoil and these clowns don't even know their legal obligations. They will soon.
Absolutely disgusting that this pharmacy refused entry because we don’t scan the QR code. It’s up to You to say to your customers you can manually sign in and have a book in place. And also it is NOT law it’s actually against the constitution and privacy act to force someone to share their personally information. Maybe Mr Wu you need to educate yourself. Poor customers
DO NOT go to this store. 1. Bought 3 baby formula stage 3 on a Saturday. Wanted to change to stage 2 the next Monday. They don't allow me to do that because of their "no refund" policy. Had to talk them through and finally they did it for me. The person doing checking bar code stuff ranting in Chinese claiming the package I gave them were clearly not theirs. Lmao it was the same box they gave me two days ago. 2. Bought 2 sun screen in September. Later when I got home checked that they both expire in November. I'm sure they are not going to refund those because I forgot to check the expire day before purchase. The products were neither on sale nor had notification about the expiry date. If this is how they do business - although no fraud or scam, I hope no one else had to go through such unpleasant experience as I did.
Mr Wu is a liar! I did not refuse to QR code scan at all as I had a rude hand put up to my face to stop me from entering. Not only will I be reporting him and his staff for discrimination. I will also be speaking to my lawyer as he asked me to see my medical exemption.... A BIG NO NO!
The staff at this pharmacy are very kind and friendly! They also have great prices sometimes even cheaper than cwh. Some of their staff are also fluent in mandarin/cantonese which makes it very convenient for my grandparents as they do not have good english.
Despite their stock level, they always have cheap prices. The waiting time is long since there are often a lot of people at the checkout. The customer service is fine, not the greatest, but their refund policy is generous. Great pharmacy in Box Hill Central.
The staff seemed to be eager to help but were very obviously and grossly uninformed regarding their duties and this was not a general shop assistant but an actual pharmacist. What I wanted was a very common and simple product but the pharmacist on duty was under the misapprehension that for some reason it was a prescription only medicine and they really tried their darndest to sell me a homeopathic remedy which in actual fact was herbal ingredients which have no pharmacological benefit for the condition I presented them.It seems to me that rather than trying to make a sale of a particular brand they were truly trying to help me but were so uninformed that their assistance was mistaken.
I prefer to get my prescription here as service is faster than the other Chemist in the same mall and the price of meds are generally the same elsewhere. One reason I like coming back Is the fast service and the free freebie they sometimes give to customers.
Have only been here a few times, but on each occasion was very impressed by friendly, fast & professional service. Also impressed that they checked my temperature! Very diligent observation of "social distancing" too.
