This is a very bad environment in which to work; Mike Rillstone and his lackeys, Norm Smith and Warren Clarke (a 55y.o man with perfect orange dyed mop top) who both used to shout swear and harass staff with impunity. Josie Grasso Mitchell Dabelstein These are all toxic and hostile people. 1.) Staff experience very aggressive and conspicuous intimidation and verbal abuse by Management, who are supported by HR. 2.) Warren Clarke asked me to complete a statutory declaration, and have it signed and verified by a Justice of the Peace, for 3 hours of FACS leave. He then directed me to not talk to the Union after he and fat norm smith had verbally and sworn at me. 3.) Clarke slammed a heavy fire door, after I walked through it, and whilst I was fortunate to not have it hit me, my ear drums were damaged. 4.) A person shoulder barged me when I walked passed them, and, didn't even make an attempt to excuse themselves. Clarke - you have burned yourself, karma always repays... FACT: I and other permanent Staff were told to go and find other jobs. FACT: I was personally shouted at and verbally abused (including being sworn at) and laughed at loudly and sarcastically. FACT: Staff progress due do their loyalty to their Manager, not on capability. FACT: There was an instance of Suicide. FACT: A CEO hired his Pals on lucrative long term engagements through labour hire agreements. FACT: I was told not to complain to HR (who are useless) and indirectly to the Union. FACT: HR and Management are conniving and seek to undermine Employees due to personal reasone

This service is one of the most helpful, professional and exacting that I have ever come across. After emailing for help locating a specialist that will accept 'non private health cover' patients, I was telephoned within the hour. The young lady that assisted (Joanne) did everything to locate, with success, what I needed. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I came across this service accidentally. I had no idea it existed. Needs more advertising!
