HQ has played a big part of my RN journey. This agency gave me a lot of experiences as a newbie RN in Australia, it caters not only in acute med-surg and ICU hospitals, but also in Aged care, Rehab and many more. Angela and the management staff were always there to support, guide and gave me confidence in each area I am assigned with. Flexible with the shifts and always have available job, anytime! It was a great experience working with Healthcare HQ family. Here, I got to meet these wonderful people and work for them and with them. I have been a staff of Healthcare HQ for almost 2 years. The experience was great because you know you have Angela and the whole team at your back 120%. Shifts are rarely cancelled and if ever you get cancelled in one place most definitely you would obtain another shift. Thanks again Healthcare HQ for everything :.
I started working in Healthcare HQ as an AIN in August of 2019. I was able to work part-time while studying full time as I was able to choose my shifts according to my schedule in Uni. Angela and her team are very supportive and they look after each staff very well. I was able to work in various facilities and meet a lot of amazing people who are also very supportive and friendly. I stopped working for a few months to complete the RN Bridging Program in August 2020. After obtaining my AHPRA registration in November 2020, Angela accepted me again to work as a registered nurse without any hesitation. Being an HHQ-RN is such a good learning experience. I was assigned to different affiliated hospitals and even aged care facilities in the metro. Although I was initially quite worried about being assigned in a facility or hospital that I haven’t worked yet, the tips and tricks that Angela and her team provided were very helpful for me to manage the shift I was booked in. It also offered flexibility as I can choose among different shifts that fits my schedule. Leaving the HHQ is such a tough decision as it was truly a pleasant experience to work with Angela and Jay. I definitely recommend HHQ to all other aspiring nurses who are opting for an agency work. I am sincerely thankful for all the opportunities entrusted to me for and I am beyond grateful to Angela and the rest of the HHQ team. All the best for HHQ! Cheers!
One of the best nursing agency to work with, plenty of shifts for all the AINs and RNs, very easy to apply and very good pay rate. Very friendly management and staff especially Angela who is working hardday and night and i always admire of her and the way she organised and supportive towards her team. I would highly recommend Healthcare HQ to others who are looking for an agency to start their journey as a wonderful nurse.Good luck
Best employer so far!! Worked with HEALTH CARE HQ for 2 years as undergraduate nurse for AIN Position gradually progressing from aged care facilities to rehabs and private hospitals. The whole experience was great.. I can’t think of anything to complain. There were always plenty of shifts if you are willing to work and above average pay rate. Angela is very professional and helping the staff all the time. She understands you when you deny shifts unlike other employers I have worked with and so is her whole team. Being an RN and in workforce for years she always backs up her staff. I remember being yelled at by one of the staff at facility I was working for being late know the whole situation that i was called in quite late in morning. On informing Angela she stood up and backed me up by requesting a formal apology, No one would do that. HEALTH CARE HQ has high values and principle and I was proud to deliver it to clients therefore in huge demand in workforce. I miss early morning calls from Angela, she gave me opportunity to gain experience in variety of setting and be able excel in the field. Can’t thank Angela and the whole team of HEALTH CARE HQ enough.

Best working experience ever! I worked as a casual AIN during winter vacation and I could arrange my working schedule according to my availability. I learnt a lot from every setting that I was placed into. Angela and the rest of the HHQ team are always so supportive and I was very lucky to work with them all. As an Irish Registered Nurse who came to work in Sydney on a working holiday visa I could not recommend Healthcare HQ highly enough. Anglea and her staff made the application process so easy with support and guidance every step of the way. It was obvious from the start that Healthcare HQ was a well respected agency and its staff were always welcomed in the various hospitals and aged care facilities. With plentiful and flexible hours it ticked all the boxes. Exceptional orientation, hints and tips are provided for each new facility which makes a smoother start for those first shifts! It was a great experience working with healthcare hq. I’ve worked for almost a year and within that duration I got the opportunity to work in hospital, rehab centre and aged care facility.
