Brad changed my life! I’ve never been to hypnotherapy before but I was ready to change and he helped me do that. I’ve had great success with each visit and the results speak for themselves. Investing in myself was the best thing I ever put my money towards- self care. Brad is very good at his craft and is extremely professional and comfortable to talk with. When I first visited Brad for Hypnotherapy sessions I felt anxious, depressed and unmotivated. Working with him helped me build my self-esteem, bring back joy into my life and open myself up to new connections and experiences. This was my first time trying hypnotherapy and while I was a bit nervous in the beginning, Brad did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me including sending me information in advance of my first session and helped me feel comfortable and safe. The sessions helped me feel very empowered and I made progress in changing some habits straight away. Each session helped me make more progress and continued to reinforce behavioral change and helped reduce anxiety. I found the overall experience really positive and was shocked by how much progress I could make in such a short time. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking to start their hypnotherapy journey. And the Health Hub itself is a welcoming and beautiful space with a lot of other resources that I will definitely return for!

I was very sceptical at using hypnotism to help me stop smoking at first, but WOW. I haven’t looked back since, for the first time in forty years I have gone 12 months without smoking and had no inclination to take even one in that time. thank you so much Brad.
I set the intention of resolving three goals with Hypnotherapy. I had already high expectations of this therapy but Brad exceeded these expectations. I wish there was an option to give Brad a 10 star review! In my personal experience, people have such a skewed opinion of Hypnotherapy. Its definitely one of those things you need to experience for yourself. This is so worth your time and money, especially with Brad. He makes you feel so comfortable, so safe and finding him has honestly changed my life. A month ago i was struggling with addiction and am days away from being 50 days sober. Without hesitation, i have Brad to thank for that. He is so supportive in and out of the clinic and aside from the addiction, he has really helped put me on track in so many areas of my life! You will not regret it! Thanks again for the amazing work that you do!
