It's becoming common knowledge that Emma only pays her staff when they demand their pay, often weeks overdue. This causes high staff turnover and low patient service. When the staff leave they do not receive their final weeks of medicare-funded pay at all. This is not a good way to run a business, especially for patients who expect good mental health care.

Very unprofessional - I made a booking and was told that both myself and my partner needed to get doctors referrals. So we went and got them took total of 3 hours of our time together. 5 hours before the appointment they email me saying they can't make the scheduled time appointment. The referral i got is now useless as its dated for a time frame and the reschedule appointment is in 3 weeks. Thanks for waste of our day yesterday I will go somewhere else more professional that doesn't mess around with bookings.

Relaxed atmosphere, great staff and always willing to go above and beyond to help out further. Highly recommended.

I have gone to this Psychologist for about two years and will continue to indefinitely. The setting and environment are so chilled and relaxed (almost hippy) and help to make sure patients know that mental illness help is okay. Personally, I am a vastly different and more confident (less anxious) person from the psychologist and recommend this place to everyone.
