Truly magical, beautiful and homely place to stay. Somehow looks better in real life, its unique charm can't be captured in photograph form. Had an absolutely perfect night under the stars in the tub which I can't overstate the splendour of. This was followed up by a wonderful, satisfying breakfast the next morning, placed in our kitchenette providing us with privacy and time to enjoy ourselves. The kimonos were a great touch too. So worth staying here, we fell in love and will definitely be back.

CANNOT rate this place highly enough. Spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and fantastic location. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate when I wanted to surprise my partner with flowers from a local florist arranged in the room prior to us arriving. Thank you for a fantastic weekend.

A unique, exceptionally well-designed and managed property. Somewhere between a B&B and a hotel in spirit. The rooms are very private and modern, tucked into a lush back garden behind the main house. There’s a small kitchen area and great supplies for a wholesome breakfast or snacks. Bedding, towels, everything is done just right.

THIS is where I want to stay at, upon every return to Launceston. I love that designers OWN the property, so every detail of this lovely 2 bedroom house has been so stylishly thought through. I think one of my favorite things must be the generous spread of breakfast provisions they provide in the fridge. I really looked forward to the muesli, compote and yogurt every morning. What a delightful stay.

Lovely designed room and I really enjoyed the outdoor .  Superb friendly host made us feel very comfy as well

We're in the ballroom and it's a fabulous room. Great breakfast in the room.
