I went to the store on Tuesday and asked directions to the sleep wear dept. It was apparently close by, just around the corner and the staff member treated me like I was stupid for asking. Then I later approached another staff member to ask about something and the attitude of complete irritation for being interrupted was disgusting. I doubt I’ll go back there again. Even the prices were outrageous unlike how it was last time I went. Very disappointing. The checkout girl however was so very pleasant and nice. Maybe the other staff could learn something from that young lady
Just wanted to share some feedback, so hopefully something can be changed in the future.nnI took a gentleman in a wheelchair to HS to look around. We didn’t buy anything so went to leave. However, there were signs up saying that the only exit was through the check out.nnThe line of people for the checkout was very long, beyond the aisles. There was barely enough room for single people to scoot past let alone a wheelchair.nnIt really put us off going there again. I understand that it’s probably to deter shoplifting, but I do think there are other components to consider before making the exit difficult for people.
Went today to buy a casserole dish clearly stated on sale tag $35 got to counter had to sign up to emails to get the price then she said $60. I had taken a photo of the sale price and she says oh that finished yesterday, we forgot to take down the signs. I asked if it was 35 or 60. She said $60. I said don’t worry about it and left.
Just got accosted by 2 staff for having mynLittle dog in the store. I was even happy to carry her. They don’t sell foodnnI was told there’s two signs at the entrynnRude staffnnDoesn’t say no dogs. Says they reserve the right. Put up a clear sign next time. No dogs. And tell people nicely
I purchased some underwear on line from Harris Scarfe received in the mail opened parcel drove straight down to Maroochydore store told the store supervisor these are not the underwear I ordered, she proceeded to tell me they didn’t return underwear, I said I understand that but I have not even taken them off their hanger, and I wanted to exchange was told no, she kept saying I can see you haven’t tried them on, I can see you have just received them, but continued to tell me she couldn’t help me, she was trying to give me the underwear back, but seems I can’t wear them I told her she could keep them and I wished her Merry Christmas.nI called head office and got the same response, then when I told him I had left the underwear at the store, and he had told me that was my decision then when I went to ask another question he hung up, and this is why I will be shopping at Myer and David jones infuture,
