Great shopping complex with adequate parking, Big W has an incredible range of stock, but the book section has the best range of authors and books that I have seen. The store was clean, the aisles uncluttered, and the staff was great
Hannah from the tech section was really kind and helpful and also what I really appreciate from Big W is that they always have really good prices on most of their products.
I have no special affinity with Big W products, but I am writing this 5 star review for the super-star store greeter that was working on Friday and Saturday I will find out his name and edit. I have never felt so welcomed into a store in my life and I'm no spring chicken! And not just me, I saw him greeting everybody, especially the oldies, in a warm manner with a friendly word and a lovely smile, putting a spring in everyone's step as they entered the store.nThis man should be promoted to CEO he certainly has the right attitude for the industry and the brand. Big W is very lucky to have him!
Big thanks for Stephen for helping me to find a product, I’d been looking in the wrong place and walking around the store but he came to my rescue and found it with ease. Stephen was super friendly and gracious even though I’d been a bit silly and I’m very grateful for the assist!
This is a huge centre with almost every retailer present however the food court is very small and hardly worthy of such a great centre
