Nice shop. Cheap, I bought one really expensive pillow, memory foam in another shop and in the same day I bought a good one 8 months times cheaper than the other one In Big W, and it is my favourite one haha and that was 1 year ago and it is still amazing and my favourite one.nAnother day I bought a Nintendo switch and had a problem and I returned in a really easy process, all my experience in big w are just amazing. I don’t go really often but when I go is a good experience.nnThanks for that big W sunshine plaza nnMauricio
They have a good selection of stock, but some sections can be a bit messy. It's not always easy to find prices for items, which can be frustrating.nnQuite like that there's a variety of books for all.nnOverall, it's a decent place to shop if you're not in a hurry. Certainly been in a worse off Big Ws for sure.
Due to in country purchases needed another small carry-on bag to take items home! Chose one on line local store no stock ordered from here. Picked up in the afternoon and had great help from Steven and Lexie at the Service desk.
Spent $40 on helium balloons for my daughter’s birthday. They were not blown up to full capacity and deflated within hours. Couldn’t even use them.
A big shout out to Paul who greets everyone as you enter the store.nMy family and I have been greeted by Paul on a few occasions when visiting Big W on a Sunday, and Paul always goes out of his way to make my daughters feel special.nToday he handed my 4 year daughter a helium dog ballon, and told her he was saving it for someone amazing. Well the joy that brought to her for the day was beautiful and as parents there's nothing better.nCheers Paul for making a little girls day, and Jingle bells hasn't left her side. Legend.
