Picked up items in special... When scanned that did not show. The staff said they are not on special when asked why they had tags saying that they are on sale, 50%, the staff member again said, no they are not, apparently after checking. So I walk with her, and my baby in arm, to show her. She takes the tags, says nothing and we go back to register, where she speaks to mngr, maybe. Then tells me they will adjust the price. I Finnish scanning other items and then they are gone! No item, no special and about to close, suddenly no staff about!nnMaybe when the special tags are on items, they hope you don't notice at the register...nnBut to say, they'll adjust the price, after said, I require the item, to then disappear is terrible customer service.
Great variety of products at great prices. Store is well set out and very clean
Worst customer service ever. Bought a chair from them before Christmas. It was faulty and couldn't be assembled. It's still sitting in a box on my floor because they refuse to honor their returns policy. I will never do with them again. Terrible service.
Not only is Sunshine Plaza a great shopping centre with plenty of shops, it also has a river outside the food court were you can enjoy while having something to eat or take a paddle boat out and have fun strolling up and down the river.
I split payed my $20 purchase and payed $8 in silver coins and the rest on card. The lady working in cosmetics middle aged, straight brown hair was so rude to me about using coins and told me to go convert them into notes. She made me feel very insecure and uncomfortable at the time :
