v long waiting times. receptionist does not pick up phone calls.  doctors v average......anyone can recommend a better doctor for me? everywhere is  not taking new patients nowadays.

The doctors & nurses I've seen there have been brilliant. Worth the wait. The poor service at reception consistently lets them down though.

Appointents never on time. Am sitting in waiting room as I write this and it is 51 mins after my appointment time. Unfortunatly this is normal. A simple call to advise that appointments are running behind would be nice, after all my time is important also.
