I have nothing but positives to say about this medical centre. Receptionist is wonderful, went out of her way to help, and secure a same day appointment. Calm organised and efficient running to time staff, but very compassionate and caring at the same time. Highly recommend to others but just remember to be kind! All these medical centers are very stretched at the moment so a little patience and kindness goes a very long way and will be reciprocated! Easy parking and access too, right in the mall so you can pick up you prescription and do the groceries at the same time!
I really rate this med center. Dr Brandon Rickards is great, been professional, knowledgeable, caring and has helped me with my queries/concerns. Highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars I would. Your doctor is an absolute joke. Did he get his certificate out of a cereal box. Telling someone who wants help loosing weight to keep getting fat and get diabetes? Like wow. I'll be moving doctors what a joke
The whole team are friendly, efficient and kind. Dr Hamer is especially excellent. Been coming here for years and definitely recommend.
“Ella” the lady at front desk is so helpful. Was examined by Dr Brandon, Great doctor, Great knowledge.
The doctor is very knowledgeable and actually nice but you have to go through the rude receptionist first. She is so Karen and not helpful at all especially with sick patients. What a shame.
Absolutely love everyone here. Always treat my son with the absolute pure love and it always makes my heart melt. Especially Dr Ollie. The cutest and fluffiest doctor there haha
I got gaslighted by a doctor who wasn't qualified to make such a "diagnosis", and furthermore, she didn't even tell me what she wrote on the medical certificate. The search continues for a doctor who has empathy....
1 Star, this clinic overprices everything. I have a community services card and I'm on a benefit, yet they charge me $57 for the visit and prescription, it's NOT affordable.
Would be nice if they had more staff on! Always fully booked! and when you ring the phone is hung up on you!
