I visited several times since my son was sick and my daughter got injured. Their service was very gentle and thoughtful. my children were relieved and had no traumatic memories at all. Doctors are so good, and nurses are very kind. They whispered me and asked about giving jellybeans to my children. so sweet

I am very disappointed in the service my friend received here today. The reception and other staff were great but the doctor was incredibly dismissive to her mental health, stating that everyone else feels like this. When discussing her prescription history of anti depressants, she was bluntly asked “so are you going to kill yourself?!”. I can appreciate that staff are under the pump but these matters need to be dealt with delicately and quite frankly this attitude is incredibly harmful.

Clinic needs a screen with numbers, at least patient knows where they are at. This is ridiculous you don't know where you are at, I am with 21 months old boy, waited 3 hrs and the receptionist is not nice when asked where we are at, i asked twice in the three hours. Put a better system in!

Horrid horrid horrid!!!nWent here with suspected tonsilitis as I couldn’t swallow eat etc, I had to pay $115 to get told I have a sore throat and to take a strepsils  and it will go away in a day. Fully gaslit me into thinking I was overreacting. Suprise suprise it didn’t get better and I went to my doctor the next day to be told to go straight to A&E and I ended up spending the night in hospital as I had abscess on my tonsils!! Won’t be going back,  if this was America I would sue and would do 0 stars don’t recommend to anyone better to wait at the hospital to actually get results.

We have visited multiple times and have always been triaged quickly by a nurse and seen by a doctor within an hour or so. All the staff are friendly, especially considering how busy it is. Very thankful that this clinic is available when our GP isn’t
