As a long term customer with an account I find that H & G have been great in supplying everything I need to renovate my home. Many of the staff have been excellant. Blokes like Bill, Bob, Cliff, Rami and Scott have all been really helpful. However, there are a couple of staff members who seem completely disinterested and even irritated when I ask for assistance. At times their computer system also slows the process of making a purchase. Sad that a couple of things can let down the whole team. The free delivery is awesome and a good range of products at competitive prices.

Needed a new Hot Water Service. Thanks to Scott and Graham at H & G Blacktown received excellent price. And Delivery was made within the hour thanks to their tranport manager. Even the delivery driver was great. Couldn't received or wanted a better or professional service from a local business. Thankyou
