My favourite place to go for a spoil. The staff are very professional and when they realised it was both my Mum and my birthdays, brought us out cake and all sung to us! You'll feel a million dollars when you are leaving

Hi, I booked the package with Habour Day Spa and I was quite excited about this after reading reviews about this place. It's such a shame to say this but I was very disappointed with the services. I felt services provided were below average, the website says the package includes Thai shampoo and blow dry but they used a normal retail shampoo and gave me a just good enough blow dry, they didn't even know that shampoo and blow dry were included in the package. I felt the staff were quite rude (I get it, it was a Saturday  may be a busy day) and they were quite rough with treatments. I just didnt think it was worth the money I paid for, and I visited this place to relax but came out more stressed.
