Great people to deal with, service was fantastic. Shipping organised without fuss and the Spa is exactly what we ordered and wanted, well done to all the team at Aqua Pulse Spas.

We live in Cairns and purchased a Lorne Deluxe spa recently from Aqua Pulse Spas.  Stock options were great, sales service was excellent. Importantly, door to door delivery options were very important to us. I didn’t want to have to organise a pickup from a depot. From the start the team were extremely helpful, assisted with pricing for door to door delivery. We saved $1000’s and have a quality product. The spa was picked up from Yatala on the Monday and was delivered to our house 1600 km away 2 days later! .  The company who delivered were amazing, assisting my wife  because I wasn’t home  and some friends to place it in position, unwrap and even give great advice on how to get it up and running.  If your looking, I suggest checking these guys out.

After quite a bit of research, Aqua Pulse Spas were recommended to me by another reputable company, and from the first phone call, this company were friendly, happy, prompt and very easy to deal with. Delivery drivers were great and spent time to get my spa in position and went through the spa details with me to get me started. After-sales service has been second to none. I would highly recommend Aqua Pulse Spas

We had a fantastic experience after being recommend to the team by a few people. Advice on choosing the spa was great and the price is extremely competitive. Organising delivery was easy and simple, and the team have provided great support and advice with the management of the spa. Very professional company and we would recommend them!

My wife had been harassing me for weeks to fix her beloved spa but given the probable complications that would be revealed I'd been procrastinating. Finally, plucked up courage to call Aqua Pulse Spas today to begin resolving the issue. Amazingly, I got Jess and Michael on the phone and facetime. Nothing was to much trouble, even waiting for me to run and get tools. Eventually we resolved that I needed a new circulation pump which I promptly ordered. Thanks Michael and Jess for your incredible service. Julian

Bought a Torquay Spa from Aqua Pulse Spa, absolutely fantastic spa and the staff are unbelievably helpful. I had delays with my House Building and the team at Aqua Pulse were completely fine. The assistance is excellent from Michael, Jessica and the team and so pleased with the Spa. Plus the best price around, definitely will continue to use them.
