Nice restaurant that makes such a good Wonton in soup. The wait times is so small you could turn around and it would’ve done as they prepare them in bulk and in advance. Always worth grabbing some extra chilli for those but they are heaps flavourful on their own.
I ordered a combination LAKSA .. Absolutely delicious. I am a huge fan of seafood laksa and this is the best one I have had in years. reasonably priced, it’s a very busy place but they are very quick. Awesome. Will be back. +Plus they have a quite handsome chef in the kitchen
HUGE filled bowls for such an astoundingly cheap price! Not to mention, as a Malaysian, this is the best laksa I've tasted in Sydney - I can't find this level of laksa in Melbourne. Such a hidden gem in a random food court, must visit if you love laksa! The staff are so warm, friendly, and genuine too.
This restaurant is located in the food court on the 2nd floor of the SUSSEX shopping center and is a good place for a light meal. Seafood dumpling noodles are the best menu, and the taste of the soup is deep and rich. Personally, thin egg noodles taste better.
Foot court located within the shopping center. One level above ground entrance Ordered the fish ball fish cake noodle. $11 Taste authentic, noodle was cooked just right. Perfect texture and not undercook/overcooked. Fish ball and fish cakes were alright. Although advertising picture looked bigger : Not complaining. Also to mention, chilli sauce taste authentic for Teochew fish ball noodle. For the price, this is the place to go. Will definitely return to try other food on the menus
Best Laksa in Sydney. The spice is well balanced with the creamy coconut flavour and the ingredients are always fresh. This place is a must if you’re looking for a good Laksa!!
Hands down the best laksa in Sydney! Happy chef is situated in an average looking food court however the best tasting flavours of Asian is right behind that kitchen! Head straight to the Happy chef! You won't regret it! I love coming here and eating their prawn laksa
Top notch Laksa in the food court. Price and quality is unbeatable in the city. There’re many noodles options apart from laksa as well. Definitely a good spot to check out when you’re around China town area. This store seems to be the most popular one in the food court. No wonder.
These folks run a simple business, churning out tasty noodle dishes with a range of variation, somehow staying alive with their relatively low prices through the pandemic. Number 1 is a fave for those looking for subtle noodle soups but my taste buds are all for the spicy ones with tendon and tripe toppings, on either dried or soup or laksa broth, take your pick, add satay and chilli in the condiments section, it's all going to be a satisfying food court meal. These folks are one of the most long standing Sydney food court veterans for good reason.
Very affordable lunch and generous portions. I had the combination laksa and it was very delicious! Chicken can be a little more tender but otherwise it tasted amazing!
