Gumshara Ramen

If you like thick and rich tonkotsu ramen, this is the place to be! My favourite ramen in Sydney. If you prefer it lighter they provide other soup bases to thin it out, and of course lots of condiments. I’ve also bought the frozen ‘cook at home’ packs and they’re fantastic.

Generally, I'm gonna say it's not the best ramen I've had. I found the soup is salty even I asked for less salty soup. The BBQ pork is also too salty for me to enjoy.

Lots of flavor, thick soup. Biiiiig portions, classic ramen.

Unsure about the high overall rating for this place it may have been good once upon a time. The broth was too thick and not fresh, feel like it's been reboiled for days. The noodle is stiff and hard. Although the portion was generous I could not bring myself to finish it...

Best ramen in town if you like thick broth

Came here for takeaway and was quite surprised that it’s located in such a tucked away spot. The prices are alright and the service was nice. We found that the food was also pretty good too and I like how they have signs in front of the store about readjusting the soups and such. Would come back again.
