Handi Tandoori Cuisine

We really enjoy going to dinner here. The new owners are attentive and helpful. Food great and had a lovely chat about the history of a dish with our waiter. Think locals should give these new owners a second tryout.

Two things really, one the service was very "disinterested" I grant that they were busy but they just need a little more care. And the second was; I asked for a hot curry expecting a perfect blend or layers of spice, but the heat tasted like a load of chilly was lobed in at the end with no layers just "uncooked" chilly powder. The other flavours were great so this was really disappointing, the Bhuna is yum.

$10 for wide range of mains & byo. Works out a really economical dinner but really, really yum. I had 26 guests & only negative remark was that their dish could have been more (spicy) hot. Can't wait to go back again. Only issue to be aware of is that there is limited parking - my advice is to arrive slightly early & park on the street
