I ordered 2 types of sauce for pizza, and turns out it just a flat pizza as it is! Staff told me the hilarious reason is the sauce just for wings😂. Omg I can't taste any difference from Korean sticky wings! Don't you ever fool us again !

Terrible service and quality of food. Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 cheese gatlic bread and 1 drink as a deal they have, around 1.30pm. Estimated delivery time showed 1.43pm, but actual arrival was 2.00pm. I live 5minutes away from Te Atatu branch fyi, just no car at the time. Driver told me its because he is the only driver in the morning, I dont understand why he thinks that is a reasonable excuse for a any sort of business while providing misleading info online. When I told him he is almost 20minutes late, specified time, his response was "I dont think so" I guess customers cannot be trusted. One of the pizzas were Mr Wedge, it had 4 small pieces of wedges and a few and even smaller broken pieces that I couldnt even recognise as wedges. Called in to make compaint about terrible pizza quality and delivery service. Response I got was "Bro, I will take Mr Wedge back and give you $8 discount." HOW is that a discount? on top of that, not even a single apology. He was focusing more on why I was getting $8 discount on $10 pizza instead of apologising. I was disgusted by his response I told the guy I will just return the whole delivery. Reponse was "Bro, you cant do that." This situation ended with the same driver coming back to pick up the whole delivery, he picked them up, walked back to his car without saying anything, and started engine ready to leave. I stood there looking at the driver with both hands up confused. I asked him where is the refund. His response was "Maybe your payment got declined" If it got declined when he made the delivery, he wouldnt have left me with them. I had to show him my bank transaction using online banking to get him to believe me. How is Te Atatu Dominos still in business?? This is the worst service I ever received from any business.

Hands down the best Dominos in the West. They have consistently wowed me with the quality of their pizzas. They are a step above the other Dominos stores. I don't know how they do it but I am sure customer service and care are part of their secret recipe. Be it a $5 pizza or a Chef's best, the pizzas are just popping with flavour and covered in ingredients! They do not skimp on and it shows. Besides that the store has indoor seating if you'd like to enjoy your meal there, it's clean and tidy as wekk. Staff are polite and quick. My online order was made quicker than estimated. After experiencing this store's pizza I will not be going anywhere else. It is worth the extra drive for such quality or of course, you can get delivered. Delivery as well, is great. Friendly drivers and food is always piping hot. Dominos New Lynn, you guys should take note. This is how you run a Dominos and a successful store.
