Staff members are friendly, attentive, and helpful. They'll listen to your order carefully. Dining area are quite clean, and the decor is very hell-ish. However, having plenty of windows makes the ambiance a bit of a miss. If you need to go to the toilet, you can ask and they'll usually let you use staff toilet. As for timing, this is where they need to improve a lot: Supposed to receive the food at 2:55P, but end-up having it at 3:02P. While other hell branches usually beat the due time by at least 5 minutes even at their busiest time.

Made a delivery for a Pizza, said it would arrive in 30 minutes, arrived in 20 - Had to go AFK in fortnite and died. Wasn't mad, pizza was delish

Even though they had a Friday the 13th special going on with lots of orders coming in, they managed to handle them well and get them out ASAP. The front of house staff was super friendly and checked up on people's orders if he saw that they had been waiting for a while. The pizza tasted amazing (as always), and I was highly satisfied.

Hell's Pizza New Lynn is excellent. Love the Pizza's, service is great. They always remember my order. If you live in Titirangi, don't go too the one there. Go too New Lynn instead. Keep up the great work guys. Logan
