Wanted to like this place as it was a nice looking restaurant and the people serving seemed nice. However, we ordered 3 malai kofta a dinner main, there was no indication on the menu that this was supposed to be a sweet dish. It was so sweet it was inedible it tasted like it was made out of sugar, we told the server this and ordered a second main, which unfortunately was not great and very salty. No one asked how our second main was, and no discount offered despite all 3 of us being not able to eat the first main. Very disappointed not only with the food but the lack of customer service. Will not be going back.

My friends and I went to this restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food and then the waitress came and said there would be a wait as they are busy and have alot of delivery orders and there was also an Indian festival on which we were fine with but then another half hour went by and still no sign of our food and other people that came way after us were getting their food before us. We decided to leave and we told the waitress that we were leaving as we couldn't wait any longer and and totally ignored us. We heard great things about this restaurant and we were excited to eat here but service was terrible and no apology at all.

. 22/05/2015 Great location and easily accessible. Quick and courteous service. Nice ambiance and good value. Have been eating some of the unique and delicious curries / breads not available anywhere else. Really big parking area. Best thing is that it is always easy to get booking even during the peak hours due to its big size. Good place for special occasions and groups.

We went for our dinner in Bukhara on Sunday nightas recommended by my friend, and we ordered some entree and mains. The entree came in, looking good on the top but when we started eating we found a full grown HAIR in our food and on the top of it the Paneer was stale and was microwaved. This spoiled our mood and we called up the server and he just looked at it and took it away to show the manager and he didn't say anything. We didn't make any scene and just decided to walk away but it was already 10 PM so we couldn't go anywhere as we won't find anything open at this time. The server brought in mains and said hope you'll like this. The mains were not bad and were clean comparatively. We ate something somehow and asked for the cheque. To my surprise the manager charged us full for the entree and did not apologise for the mistake and then we asked them why are they charging us for entree and what happened. He apologised and said he didn't know about itremember server informed the manager about the hair before. So he decided to give an $8 discount but still charged us for the entree and asked to come again next time thinking we would come again next time after all this. This post is for others to be aware of the hygiene level and attitude of the staff towards the customers of this restaurant.  Make your own choice now.

We went for lunch, on a Saturday. We are vegetarian and loved the flavours in the Punjabi Chole and the Dal Bukhara. The owner made a special, non-spicy paneer for our four- year-old. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating. We were stuffed and happy, when we left! Yummmmmm.

We had good time for dinner.  Ordered chill paneer for entree it wasn't the best I have tasted so far however Nihaari chicken was in chef's special n it was mouth watering taste and very authentic. Recommended if you are looking for authentic indian taste

Very welcoming, given suggestions on what meals were mild. Loved the Masala tea and the lamb stuffed Naan.  Warm atmosphere and clean.

The food was average! We waited for an hour for our food and they only had 3 people in the whole restaurant! Bad service. I will not go again. :

Good ambience but food doesn't do justice with the price tag they have. May be for other reasons. But i personally do not prefer this place.

Tasted like the chicken had been reheated and added to sauce and onions. $33 bill added to the bitter after taste.
