Really friendly,carieng and helpful staff, special mention to shelley the receptionatist and Dr.Ash always go extra mile with the regular patients. Highly recommended GP/family care service.
Shelly and nurse is really good receptionist and always helpful if doctor’s is fully book. She always organised appointment for us if we need a doctor to see us. I never disappointed from last seven years that service. Such a wonderful service.
The staff are very friendly and professional, Shelly is a gem. Pathology can be done on premises which is very convenient. Very pleased with my doctor and would highly recommend this practice.
I am an existing patient for a number of years now. I moved out of the area but I still attend this clinic because the level of care I receive is above all other GP clinics I've attended over the years,these doctors actually practice Health CARE. I also like being called by my name when I walk into the clinic- Shelly and the admin team always greet you personally.
These doctors are constantly under the pump, but it never stops them from taking the time to care for or remember the individual. Shelly, the head receptionist/practice manager is an utter gem. No matter how busy or the stress levels get, she takes it in stride and is such a trooper who is always on the ball. As this is a bulk billing clinic you can imagine it is a bit busier, hence my previous remarks. The whole team does a great job, I've spent my whole life paying for private doctors and genuinely feel Dr Ash and Shelly care more for my well being than the others in their flashy cars ever did.
Their service and level of care is excellent. Reception are very courteous, and always bend over backwards to squeeze me in for a last-minute-notice appointment when I am unwell which is often, despite how busy they may be; and their doctors are compassionate and understanding. I couldn't give higher praise for their care - despite the fact that I no longer live locally, I'll still happily drive half an hour to see them.
Shelley is amazing!! And Dr Ash is the best doctor we've ever had. Shelley is always so sweet, friendly and caring towards my family and I. I was so glad that she moved over with our awesome Dr, Dr Ash!! And dr is so in depth, he truly cares for my family and that's what we've always looked for in a doctor. Thanks Guys xx
The Asian receptionist lady there needs to be fired for her attitude. Her work ethic and her customer service is DISGUSTING.
Dr Ash and Shelly are amazing! I’ve been going there since my son was born he is almost 2 and since falling pregnant with my daughter who is almost 8 months. Sadly I have moved and am having to find another doctors office that can hopefully tick all my boxes like Handford Road Family Practice does! Myself and my family will miss you all. Thank you for taking care of us!
Relocated from another city, have several issues to deal with, brought all relevant documentation as requested with said issues, doctor literally stated that's "not my problem why don't you go back to your old doctor". Not even joking, with full knowledge Ive relocated. I reminded him I'd relocated in case it was an oversight and that this is not possible, he reiterated his statement with the tone implying I was just a problem to him. Absolutely livid at his lack of duty of care. Should be a 0 star rating for this level of incompetence. Seething!!!
