We recently had Solar installed at our home. The staff were extremely informative and gave us several options to choose from especially to suit our individual living needs with competitive prices to.  
Reliable, efficient and professional at all times.  Even a few weeks after installation we had a few questions as it was our first time having Solar & the staff were quick to respond & very helpful without any hesitation.
I would highly recommend and we will most certainly use the Halcol team for our future properties.  Also if you have any enquiries about Tesla - Halcol are very much up to date on the product.  Thanks Again Andrew

I can't say enough good things about Halcol. The product they sell and deliver is very good (Flex Panels and SOFAR Mass Energy INverter). I had a 5.22 KW installed. But more than that , it is their customer service before, during , and particularly after install that is fantastic. Often vendors forget about their customers after they deliver the product and after care is forgotten. But not with Halcol. This is where I felt they really shined and I'm so glad I went with them.
As an example, There was a minor issue with a minor roof leak caused during the installation when I guess one of the installers must have stepped too hard on a tile but their responsiveness to get it fixed, with least impact to me was impressive. Their communication on the subject was excellent. They always responded to my questions in a timely manner. In fact another example was when there was a product from their manufacturer known as a Flex Hub that was late coming from the manufacturer and I had to wait for that and that was communicated, but Halcol kept me in the loop every step of the way and helped me get fully setup and made up for any short comings of the tardiness of the vendor.
I can't say enough good things about Halcol. I highly Recommend if you are looking for a solar installer.

We have just had airconditioning installed by Halcol and are very happy with the service, the products installed and the efficiency of the workers. They were prompt, well mannered and explained the process clearly. It was a difficult job, owing to the design of the house and the extreme heat on the day but they did not complain and were very courteous. We also previously had solar panels installed by Halcol and have been very happy with them.

Extremely professional company to deal with from the Sales rep to the installers to the lovely Lisa in the office.  We checked their reviews, then did a comparison with 2 other quotes and chose Halcol as it was the best fit and the best quote for us.  Install booked for 7.30 they arrived at 7.29 and were done by 1pm.  Quick and efficient without any broken tiles which all 3 companies had advised can happen.  They then explained the inverter in full detail and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
