I went in for a blow dry and straighten… my hairs not even past my shoulder blades and she charged me $100… not only that couple of months ago went for a thinin and cut then a week later went to Rodney Wayne to get it styled and they said my hair wasn’t done properly!! The only trust worthy place is Rodney Wayne!! At least you’ll get your moneys worth and they treat u better!! NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE.
We came here because Just Cuts was fully booked with a 80min wait time and this place was completely empty. Thought a basic haircut might be okay despite the reviews but that was a huge mistake. The haircut is so choppy and patchy, there’s no way the man is a trained hairdresser. We thought he knew what he knew what he was doing since he was so fast and reckless but the hair is so bad now and too short to be fixed.
What a great Salon! My son went in and got his hair cut exactly like the picture he chose. I then decided to cut my hair too and it's absolutely beautiful Although far from where I live, this is now my go to Salin. Thanks team Service: Hairstyling
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sat waiting today to get my daughters haircut for 40 minutes and was completely ignored, there were 3 employees doing nothing just walking around. I tried to ask what the wait time was and was still ignored. Salon wasn’t even busy. I ended up just leaving. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
I went to shop for hair cut , i explained the lady and shown the picture i want to have layers hair cut , she did a worst cut on my hairs, there was no single layers in my hair , she totally messed my hair cut , my long hair gone but there were no layers they dont know what they doing there. Never go there again.Service: Hairstyling
The guy who works Thursdays is a great barber. I struggled to find someone who could cut my hair the way I like it and this guy just nails it every time. Well worth the price.
Have had my hair done here before and 1 lady butchered it 1 year ago but went in today as I needed a cut asap and went with someone else and I am very happy! She did a great job and listened thoroughly. Will go back to her next time for sure.Service: Hairstyling
Came in on Saturday afternoon, however Called up the day before asking about the price for a full hair color: black as my hair is dark brown and was told would range from $100-$150 then when I go there they say $200 or more!!! They have the worst customer service so I decided not to dye my hair and just get curtain bangs and a trim but I get passed onto another stylist because the First Lady I had doesn’t know how to part hair or even do curtain bangs? Very strange if your hair stylist you should be able to do anything! Anyways the second lady decides to charge me $50 then at the counter says $55 and I said no you told me $50 when you were cutting my hair this is how they try to rip people off then my sister and niece go in yesterday for the same thing trim and curtain bangs and both get $35 each ? How is hair for me to pay $50 and I have the same length hair as my sister that went in yesterday!!! Fix your prices and fix your customer service or hire another stylist that doesn’t rip people off

Went to Hair and Co 9th June. Asked for color and style. Cost $140. Asked if I could pay before I got my style and color, they said "about" $140, but to sit down and wait for the stylist. I said I would think on it. I didn't feel comfortable with the "about" and the fact they wouldn't take payment first. Had a terrible feeling I was to going tot get charged more. I walked out and went to the sharing shed. Got the exact same style I wanted had a picture on my phone of the style I wanted and was charged $39. Hair Co the style was arond $80 to $90, "ABOUT'.Would never go back this place.Service: Hairstyling
