The young lass was really friendly. The older woman mustve been having a bad day. Just about yanked my hair off my head. The kerastin treatment was great otherwise.

This was by far the worst nail job experience ever. I wasn't able to reach them and make the booking at first mail or mobile so I had to book it in person.Not tidy, to lazy to change even the towel.The Delux service offered in the deal was not even close to it. Staff was utterly unpolite, and after noticing my unsetisfaction with their service, they started talking in foreign language I suppose Indian.I felt totaly unpleasant and ripped off. Disgusting.Do not use this salon ever.I wish there's a minus star or zero review.

Wife came back from this place outraged with rudness and unprofessionalism. Said that they were dirty and don't replace/clean the equipment after previous clients. Not even close value for money, actually no value at all!!

Havent even been into the store and already this place is a let down. Have tried to call their 09 number and cellphone at least 10 times and either it goes straight to answer machine or no one picks up! Totally bad customer service, looks like I will not be using my groupon voucher and now $35 out of pocket because of it. I recommend you do not purchase one of their groupon vouchers just in case this happens to you.

Went for a manicure/pedicure. Was cheap but sadly reflected I the job. No soaking of hands or feet, no removal of dry skin and poor shaping. Didn't see any disinfecting either
