I have been through many hairdressers trying to find one that had me leaving so happy and it just never really happened until now. Natalie put a full head of highlights in my hair I hadn't had highlights for 10 months so my regrowth was huge! I never let anyone cut my hair as I trusted no one. But Natalie has done the best job I have seen on my hair and I left so happy! The environment. The staff are all so friendly, lots of laughs and smiles. I even loved the layout of the store as it had separate areas not just one long bench. I will be back regularly Services: Hairstyling
Staff members are extremely welcoming, kind, friendly, generous and considerate of your needs. They don't push you for expensive stuff but rather go by what would suit you and your needs. These guys value their customers. Salon is clean, tidy, well presented and welcoming. Overall vibe is good and cheerful. The only potential area of improvement in my opinion could be the business hours. It would be great if they could close a little late of certain days of the week. Also, it would be great to see some promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and customer engagement activities.

This was my second time coming to Vivo after a balayage in February. My first experience had already set the bar high but my expectations were still exceeded this time around. Clay started off by doing a consultation with me and making sure he knew exactly what I wanted. Throughout the whole lightening, washing, blow-drying, straightening and style cutting process he was extremely thorough and did not cut any corners. Will be coming back for a third time when my next balayage is due.Services: Balayage

Clay is undeniably an amazing hairstylist !!!! I haven't been to a hairstylist in many years, so you may wonder why I say so.... well firstly he was just plain honest with what would damage my hair and how he would do the Balayange with taking into consideration the colour I wanted the most. Secondly, he disclosed in advance if there was extra charges related to my long hair which I appreciated as sometimes you are made aware of it at the end. Last but not least, he was very easy to talk to and did such an exceptional job with styling it that whoever I met complimented me ! Btw he has been working for around 17 years , so he knows his art and you will see it when he works! Doesn't cut corners and understands his client ! Also the staff is so friendly and welcoming Thanks so much Clay will definitely recommend you and be back again
