I went for lunch yesterday and the service has been incredibly good. The guys in the counter was so friendly and helpful I asked to change a few things in my order. The burrito was so tasty and well prepared. Well done guys!
absolutely shocking service. just order a burrito and sprite and chips on my day off and got the wrong order delivered. then rang the delivery company and complained with photographic proof and they sent me the same order again free which was good of them. then when ANOTHER delivery driver arrived an hour later the order was HALF MISSING. if you cannot provide the food ppl pay for you shouldn't be in business. wish I could give a 0 star rating! DO NOT ONLINE ORDER with this company it will raise your blood pressure or give you an anxiety diagnosis!
Today I visit Guzman y Gomez at kings cross and have takeaway burritos but I was so disappointed when I reach home and see my takeaway food because there was no spoon and tissue paper on it they didn’t provide it on food …. It was really disappointed to have a takeaway from them .. hope you do spoons n tissue on takeaway food thank you
The burrito and bowls has been amazing but churros are hit and miss. Sometimes they're fresh and nice, and sometimes stale and hard. Quite disappointed as it happens every 2-3 times out of 5.
Love my burrito bowls and nachos, this branch has the best versions of them and great staff. Consistently generous with fish or meat, guac, and general portion size. Awesome manager. Always enjoy coming back here.
I ordered chips and a coke. I never received the chips and the coke. I only got the two tacos.. but NEVER received my chips and coke. I have been a regular customer but this will be my last order with them. And I also ordered it delivered with UBER.. i made the order roughly 25 mins ago
The enchilada and chips were very cold and the chocolate sundae had no sauce. Preordered 10 mins before arriving and still had to wait another 10 mins
I do love this chain, but especially this particular restaurant have love staff who are very friendly and helpful! Delicious food to boot.
You can always expect solid Mexican food here!
Sorry to give 1 star because the food is no where near Mexican food/tacos. It was similar to chicken salad from oporto run by Indians. Just dry beans with chopped tomatoes and dry rice...the owner need to walk into real guzman G restaurant and see what Mexican food looks like.
