Jason had kept in contact with our family since we bought our house just touching base on how it was going and keeping us abreast of the Seaforth property market.  he was undoubtedly our first choice.  as we had moved already he and his team looked after my property from gardening, handymen, property stylist, mail collection, closing out the refurb program....you name it he was across it.  highly recommend Jason and his team.

Have been working with Guildea for the last 10 years.  Jason is easy to work with, very accommodating and reasonable.  Tiera goes out of her way to help us with ensuring everything works well for both the tenants and the landlord and nothing is ever too much trouble for her!  Really appreciate their services and happy to keep working with them.

Jason and the team did an exceptional job marketing our Bower Street apartment and provided invaluable and considered advice along the journey.   Highly recommended
