David sold our property at Seaforth. We worked together to get the best result. During market downturns he gave good advise and relisted when the market improved. He genuinely worked to get the best price for us and didn't push us to accept lower prices. He was professional and honest during the whole process. I recommend him to anyone that wants to sell their house.

David and the team at McGrath were a pleasure to deal with. And although that can be said of many local agents it is rare that you come across an agent that is on the ball, thinking outside the box, all the time. Most people don't understand that a good agent, when a property is challenging to sell, is called upon to be much more of a match maker. The agent is then looking to serve the seller by finding the right buyer at an agreeable price. In our case David Rothschild managed to just that, he matched our property with a buyer that didn't know they were looking for our property. Well done David and the team at McGrath.

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Brought a property via McGrath and couldn't be happier. I worked with David and he was amazing and really friendly, helpful and honest. Pleasure doing business with David and MaGrath. Would definitely go there again.
