We were so impressed with Andrew and his team when we sold our unit. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally and we were surprised by the full suite of service provided; including helping us organize all trades for a cosmetic renovation in the lead up to the sale. What could have been a very stressful time was made easy and streamlined. Highly recommend!

Paije of Cunninghams is sadly more ambitious than competent. Here is a list of her achievements: (1) wrong name on lease (2) wrong date on lease (3) wrong bond on lease (4) lease returned to the tenant without having been signed by the landlord; then it takes 2 months to get the signatures (5) repairs never done (or done once, after 6 months), meaning continuous leaks in the apartment (6) would forward your private information to contractors (not plumbers) without your consent (7) would never show up for the routine inspections, despite sending the letters herself (8) would send all the paperwork twice or three times, systematically, the same day (exactly identical paperwork) (9) would troll the tenant for the final inspection while her own photographs defeat her own arguments (I have rented in numerous places and always got delighted landlords/ladies) (10) would totally screen off any direct communication with the landlord/lady (nice and understanding people) (11) lost 50% of her tenants after one year. She is one of those who will not survive the market crash in the coming year or so. In general, I found the team at Cunninghams (and their online tool CunninghamsFix) terrible. I have experienced many other real estate agencies and it has always been a pleasurable experience.

Having used cunninghams to buy through, sell through rent through and as a landlord too I simply can not recommend them highly enough! Their service and professionalism is second to none. The peace of mind I have experienced in all dealings is refreshing and instills great confidence when dealing with our biggest assets. Thank you for always delivering amazing results for us!

Unbelievable service! Have now rented two properties from Cunningham’s and was like a dream each time. Extremely responsive with any issue: they made sure our tenancy was effortless with full online facilities, as well as friendly in-office staff. Highly recommended.

Have used this agency in all capacities from leasing out my investment property, selling it, as well as leasing a property myself. I have nothing but high praise for their communication especially since I am one who cannot stand the usual estate agent jargon and false demenour. I was particularly keen when selling my property that the existing tenants were treated with the respect and privacy that they deserved, luckily the agent Ben Jones was fantastic in his relationship with them and we were all left happy. I have previously had bad experiences with other local agents who seem to be more concerned with their flash appearance to the public and drumming up new business as opposed to tackling issues with rental properties and fixing them with minimal fuss, so happy to have found these guys.
