I cannot recommend these guys more highly. Ben and Pat are not only the most professional, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy people in this industry, but they truly care about you as a client whether you're the owner or tenant. I can honestly say, in 2 years of doing business with these guys, its only been good news. I'd never consider going with anyone else.

Property North have been looking after our property for about two years now. Cannot fault these guys - we have worked with both Pat and Ben and both are fantastic. Always on the front foot, take initiative, provide valuable guidance, fair and reasonable. On top of all that, they are both personable guys! Cannot praise them highly enough and normally i'm very picky!

I worked with Ben and the team at Property North for the past two years as a tenant. They were by far the best property management agency I've ever worked with. They were prompt, transparent, and completely reasonable to work with.  I am also an owner of three rental properties and know the challenges with tenant-landlord relationships. When an issue arose in our building, Ben always made it feel like we were on the same side of the table.  I'm sad to no longer be renting from them but should I ever have the choice between their listing and one from any other agency, I will always choose Property North.
