Walked by to grab dinner after walking the dog, we were made to feel so welcome! Dillon was outstanding for customer communication and care! Burgers were tasty and delicious! It’s not fancy but a great burger joint with more options than you can imagine! Definitely will try another one soon ! Oh and the outside area is doggie friendly

FOOD POISONING!!!  Had a “baa baa burger” from here on the weekend and almost immediately after finishing the burger I started feeling ill, ended up throwing up for 30hrs, not even exaggerating! Phoned the restaurant to let them know I had food poisoning from there and they didn’t really know what to do, they said they would have the “big manager” call me the next day. I received no call at all. This might be a bit too much information but I could clearly see completely raw like glowing pink mince in my sick! Absolutely never ordering from here again!

Sunday 27 November the staff stayed back after closing and had a party in the store, playing loud music. I have small children who need to go to school and they can’t sleep coz of the bad behaviour of the staff.  The poor behaviour of the staff has been occurring here for years. Sort your staff out, these 17 year old kids are running riot. Where the hell is the manager responsible for this place??????

Spent $20 of a half a burger half the bun missing that arrived and was basically slapped into the box. I then called Deewhy grilled to discuss and asked if I could speak to the general manager about the quality of food. I asked for an email address and the two young women told me ‘nothing would be done and we won’t look at your email’ even when I was willing to send images of the food I received. They then promoted me to contact Uber eats, when clearly it was an issue with food not the delivery. They were extremely rude, didn’t listen to what I was asking of them and passing the phone around with immature comments to my responses. I’ve ordered many times and been happy with my deliveries but today we’ve decided we won’t purchase from this place again purely on their customer service and immaturity. We hope you can find more staff who are willing to be better at customer service and get back to doing great burgers again

The staff here were so friendly and helpful when I booked a table for my son's 10th birthday dinner. They decorated a corner of the inside dining area with balloons, and were happy to store the gelato cake for me in their freezer. They even brought the cake to the table while singing "happy birthday" to my son! Much better option for a birthday dinner for kids than many of the organised kids party venues with over-priced fried food.

Staff have zero respect for their neighbours. Constantly playing loud music late at night.

We were there this morning Sunday and waited for one burger for at least 30mins. It took 30 minutes +++?! We were told 10 minutes wait, fine. But the kids who worked there decided it was a great idea to take their time and greet friends - some of which went into the the staff only section without a mask. I should report this to the police
