I have been to this shop in George Street many times which is located very very close to Town Hall station and I must say this is probably one of the best option near Town Hall station if you want to grab a quick meal in affordable price. In addition to their burgers, Hungry Jack's also offers a variety of sides and drinks, including fries, onion rings, soft drinks, and milkshakes. The quality of their sides and drinks is on par with other fast-food chains, but it's the burgers that really steal the show. One thing to note is that Hungry Jack's can be quite busy during peak hours, so you may need to be prepared to wait in line for a few minutes. However, their staff is usually efficient and friendly, and they work hard to get customers their food as quickly as possible. One of the cleaner Hungry Jacks arounds, atmosphere is great after the renovations. Very chill atmosphere. Doesn't get too crowded and busy. Food is consistent with Hungry jacks. I tried out their new jelly bean bursties and theyre pretty good. For $2 for a large and $1 for a burstie add on. I'd rather this than a slushies from 7/11
VERY DIRTY. If you go at night, all the tables have garbage, the bins are overflowing with garbage, and it seems that no one works to maintain cleanliness or at least change the garbage bags that are fullFood: 5/5
Just stopped in for an ice cream cone. They have excellent soft serve. Have no idea about the food. Only one woman at the counter was excellent at her job, but she was just plain overworked. So I had to mark service down to two stars. It took me 15 minutes to get an ice cream cone.
My friend and I ate here last Saturday around 1am. We ordered some food through the self service machine and then we sat down to wait for our order. We saw our initials popped up in the screen showing that the order was being prepared, but 5 minutes after our initials disappeared from the screen... We went to the counter and the girl asked us our initials and she told us that they called the order number/initials multiple times for the last 20 minutes and nobody answer, which was not true as we only arrived there less than 10 minutes ago. After waiting for a couple of minutes we finally got our food, but I am pretty sure if we just sat there and waited for our order to be called we would have waited for hours... also, the order of my friend was not even right so she had to come back and get what she actually ordered. The food in general was good, but the service was not great... the system was having problems that night or the management was not working at all as we were not the only people that were missing their orders and also waiting for an order that hasn't even been prepared because "they gave it away 20 minutes ago".
I went to get an Oreo Sandstorm which is one of my personal favourite desserts. I asked the worker if the ice cream machine was working since I wanted to order an Oreo Sandstorm, however, she pretended to not know what it was and lied to my face saying the machine isn’t working. Then, another worker came to the counter finishing her preparation for her order and brought an ice cream over. But then, the worker I asked said something in her country’s language and proceeded to say that they aren’t taking anymore orders….
Meh, haven't been to a fast food place in over a decade, this reminded me why. The automatic machines seemed slower than just offering from the desk especially as we were only told or choices were not available after we had ordered. It's what you expect, expensive processed food. There are much,much better places to eat in Sydney for the same cost....
I love the grilled chicken burger and they delivered with quality, I was actually a bit upset and thought that they had changed to normal Mayo, but it seems like it's only my local doing that, it has always been that tangy taste especially for the chicken.Food: 5/5
Misleading bonus Got an offer, a $20 bonus card for a nuggets order in Shake and Win campaign. i dont like nuggets and i got it only for the bonus card. After i picked up my order, returned home, ate and tried to redeem my bonus, i got notification that the offer is timed out. So im left with an order that I didnt want. I feel scammed even though it was a bonus
I don't have high expectations for a city Hungry Jack's but this place is so gross. I waited 10mins for a coke that I had to ask about 3 times. Inside heaps of young people sit around taking the tables or getting drunk.Food: 1/5
