Our Mission
The mission of Griffith University Art Museum is to actively pursue excellence in research, teaching and community service by:
• Establishing strategic partnerships and cultural programs which foster, explore and promote contemporary visual art, contemporary Australian Indigenous art and our place in the Asia–Pacific;
• Developing a Griffith University Art Collection of national and international significance;
• Maximising accessibility, appreciation and application of the Art Collection; and
• Instigating and hosting exhibitions of outstanding practice and associated scholarship.
