Story

Since 1997, Griffith College (formerly QIBT) and Griffith University have worked together to help over 13,700 Australian and international students gain access to tertiary studies, earning the reputation as Queensland’s leading university pathway provider.

Located on Griffith University’s Mount Gravatt and Gold Coast campuses, Griffith College offers undergraduate Diploma programs in: Business/Commerce, Biosciences, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Engineering, Design, Health Care, Health Sciences, Hotel Management, Information Technology, and Media and Communication.

Upon successful completion of a Griffith College Diploma, students will gain entry into the second year of the equivalent degree program at Griffith University. Griffith College students are able to fast-track their studies and enter second year university after just eight months at College.


What else is on offer?

TRI-SEMESTER
Griffith College offers a flexible tri-semester calendar with courses beginning in February, June and October every year. This gives students the option of completing the program in 8 or 12 months.

STUDENT FACILITIES
Students are welcomed as part of the Griffith University community and enjoy full access to all university facilities and services including a well-equipped library, 24-hour computer laboratories, modern classrooms, bookshop, cafeteria, café, Uni Bar, sporting facilities, and more.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
On-campus accommodation is available at the University Residence on the Mt Gravatt and Nathan campuses, and at the Griffith University Village on the Gold Coast campus.

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Academic and Welfare Advisers are available to assist students who require additional academic and/or welfare support during their program at Griffith College. We also provide a free and confidential welfare and counselling service.
