I have been visiting greenslopes dental for around 5 years and they had always performed check ups and cleans well. However the first time I have had a problem they have not been able to solve it and appear to be just trying to leverage the money from my health fund rather than focusing on patient care. I have a cracked tooth with an old filling. They took x-rays and said they would need to redo the filling the possibility of a root canal on the horizon if that didn't work. Well it didn't work and I went in again and the redid the filling (apparently it was loose). Points for them for not charging for the second filling (obviously you wouldn't). Unfortunately it is still causing pain so I rang to book another appointment, asking the receptionist if they could consult with the dentist about what I would need to do, how long I would need, and how much it would cost. The receptionist would not and insisted that I visit the dentist (cost of around $61) just for a consultation from people who have my files and should be able to see what is likely to be required. If I have to pay $61 I may as well try elsewhere. They have lost the custom of myself and my partner, two cash cows out the door.

A great experience with Greenslopes Dental - I had a very painful tooth that needed attention fairly quickly.  I called around 3:00pm one afternoon and was able to have an appointment first up the next morning. At the appointment I felt the entire team went above and beyond in every aspect of my visit.  I would definitely recommend this dentist.

My family and I have been coming to Dr Ken Pih for many years. There are so many good things to say about this clinic and not a single fault to find. Advice and dental care has always been of a very high quality. Ken and his staff are friendly and professional and the clinic very clean and well run.   I have really appreciated having a dentist I can trust and the excellent dental care I have received.   I have been very happy with this clinic and I highly recommend it to others.  Thanks Ken
