A big thank you to the vets and staff at Greencross Springvale for the warmth and care shown during the recent passing of my dog Snowy. The care they have rendered to my precious boy Snowy since he was diagnosed with diabetes four years ago is much appreciated. Thank you for the kind words and the unique card sent during an emotional period of our lives. His memory will live on because of your passion and dedication to every pet that walked through the clinic doors.

A very friendly and accommodating veterinary clinic. My dogs love going there! They are open till late which makes it easier for us to be able to take them after work etc.
My beloved Bella passed away and Greencross Springvale was absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with the distress I was in, I wish I could remember the receptionist who was there. I was there on the 07/10/2021, she was amazing and I want to buy her a gift. So please let me know in the comments what her name is so I can send my thanks to her. I have attached a photo of my little princess.
The staff genuinely love the pets, they are warm & friendly, do their best when busy and love the quiet and stress free vibe
I always need to call 3,4,5 times to get a script filled. No communication from their part virtually ever. Unapologetic reception experiences that always leave the patients on the underhand.
Unsure what standard protocol is, even then no effort was made to clarify it to me. I handed over a lost dog that we ran into while on a walk, I explained to them that we’d like to stay updated on her condition and if she finds her owner. Me, thinking that they would make an effort to contact her owner but it seems they did nothing more than handball her to the council ranger. I called back today, incredibly upset to find the pup on an adoption website, in a shelter 1 hour away. In less than 24 hours of me handing her over. I’d like to think that if my dog had gotten lost and was handed into them, they’d make an effort to find me before chucking her into a cage and sending her off even further. If I had known this was what they would’ve done, I could’ve made a better effort trying to find her rightful owner without worrying about her microchip. Somewhat appalling to think that these people are supposed to “care” for our furry friends. Maybe this is standard procedure, certainly not what I was told at all.
Such a great experience dealing with everyone at this clinic! They really know how to take care of your pet and also keep you updated every step of the way. Highly recommend
