I wouldn't even give this 1 star. After 2 weeks I still haven't received any correspondence back from my enquiry. God knows where my credit card details have been sent.

On July 30th I booked a car from August 4th for 16 days, and waited for the email confirmation that the first email said would be coming soon. On July 31st I sent an email asking about the missing email confirmation. On August 3rd I started making alternate arrangements as I had heard nothing. While doing so I received an email from them: 'There is currently no vehicle available, thus the delay. Apologies this was missed.' Unacceptable.
