Awesome experience, easy to book, easy to collect the car, and super easy to return. Loved the shuttle to the airport. Only thing would be to just check everyone knows how to drive a push button start, we spent ages trying to start it and had to Google it.  Great quality car, no probs would use again for sure

I have used BRC on a number of occasions and a big benefit for me is the multi-location pick up and drop off. This is quite unique with rental car firms. I always find the staff very helpful and professional. For instance, I was reminded to go online and pay the toll to save me penalties. A big shout out to the team at East Tamaki and the Airport for the great customer service. The vehicles are always clean and toped up with gas. On top of all this BRC have the most competitive pricing around. I would have no hesitation in recommending BRC to family and friends. Thanks, BRC !!

Hired a car from these friendly and helpful people. When I rang them and asked to extend my hire it was not a problem for them, even with the car being booked for someone else after me.

Excellent price and friendly service.  Easy to find and park to collect and drop off.  Both vans we hired were clean and reliable.  Paperwork was done quickly and easily.

I urgently needed a vehicle for hire and literally drove by this particular car hire place and turned around to make an enquiry. I parked up and went into reception and was greeted by the lovely customer consultant named Lyric. I made my query and Lyric was informative and very helpful and friendly. When I called for an enquiry the team was very understanding and also made sure I was heard as a customer. I then arrived and was greeted by staff and also given a thorough review of expectations when renting a car.  On returning the car it was very quick and seem less and was also asked if I was okay on my trip and that mattered due to the fact of customer care which was shown towards myself.  I will a returning customer and have also referred the company to others

I've Have Rented a Car from Bargain Rental Cars in East Tamaki,  for about the last 2/ half months, Michael has served me & update me with everything I needed to know, I've only had to call or text Michael to rebook my car  and its done. I've always gone to BRC for my hires, I haven't had any bad experiences with them. They're an all goods bunch of guys to hire from and are reasonable. Some frustrating moments but that can't be helped when they're a popular site ‍ always easy to solve though. Thanks ET BRC

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE 100% sure THAT YOU ARE GOING ON YOUR TRIP.  THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS!!   I booked 26 hours ago and cancelled 36 hours before the pick up time.  WE CANCELLED OUR ROAD TRIP BECAUSE ALL 3 OF OUR PARTY TRAVELLING HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A 4TH PERSONA WITH A TEMPERATURE.   i AM IN THE PROCESS OF CALLING MY CREDIT CARD TO DO A CHARGE BACK.  UNREASONABLE.

Good quick service, easy to book and car was available where bookings for other car rentals were blocked pre Labour Day weekend for East Tamaki area, reasonably priced including excess options and windscreen cover, needed a car at short notice to attend a meeting at Hamilton came through,$116 for two days, I'll book again thanks East Tamaki branch
