Gravitate 24 is the newest health club in Palmerston North, with state of the art facilities & staff with international experience in the fitness industry.

Story

Our Vision
To create a community based health and fitness centre that is dedicated to educating, encouraging and empowering people to live healthier lives. This vision is fuelled by our passion to exceed the expectations of our members and each other.

Our Mission
To offer the most exciting, challenging and fun fitness facilities and experience in the Manawatu region that delivers a positive healthy impact on our clients lives. We will deliver this through fitness programmes and guidance making everyone’s health goals become reality in a caring and dynamic environment.

G24 Services Include:
Strength Room: Hammer strength free weights, plate & pin loaded machines, lifting platform, bumper plates.

Cardio Room: State of the art Life Fitness treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes and recumbent bikes that have internet connectivity, Sky TV, Bluetooth on the machines. Concept 2 rowers.

Indoor Cycling: Keiser Spin Bikes with instructors running Top Ride, MetaSpin and Quad Rock classes.

Fitness Classes: Large Studio for our Radical and G24 classes, including Power, X55, Boxfit, Func, and Yoga.

Personal Trainers and Nutritionist on site.

This gym has a good range of equipment which helps add variety to a workout. It could do with a bit of a clean though. My only real concern is that I felt tricked into paying for a personal training session. When you sign up it makes it sound like you will get a free programme, but I had to pay for a second personal training session to actually get it and then was given the hard sell to try and get me to do more.
Really awesome atmosphere. I've tried a few and this one is in my opinion the best. Lovely staff and affordable membership...free access to all the different classes they run.

Loving our new gym however would prefer to pay the gym directly, rather than dealing with an outside company like a collections agency
I don't want to review this gym just because I love how quiet it is and don't want everyone to start going there but it really is the best gym I have ever joined. There is enough equipment to do everything, and enough time between classes to do your own thing in the class area. The staff know you even though you have never spoken to them which adds that nice personal touch.
My current gym- I enjoy it because it’s usually not packed with people, I haven’t attended any of the classes yet so I can’t speak on those. The child care is great, lovely staff: very handy if you can make it at the open childcare times. I’ve had a few billing issues, seemed to be sorted easily enough with a phone call. Also had a session with a trainer that actually ended up in an injury because the routine wasn’t personalised to me at all. They have a good range of good quality equipment and the bikes help you save power, if that’s important to you.

Fantastic gym. Great set up. Friendly people. I've been to A LOT of gyms but this is the first time I have felt like I know my way around a new gym, it really felt like "home".
Me and my daughter enjoyed today at gravitate 24 we both feel energetic love it.
