Really impressed with Jackie's knowledge of nutrition. After just one nutrition seminar and some personalised dietary guidance that I received from Jackie afterwards, I have seen huge improvements in my body in just 3 weeks. I can only imagine the changes I will be able to make after doing some one-on-one work with Jackie which I plan to do very soon. It's clear she is very switched on in her areas of expertise so I am confident in recommending her to others and referring my clients to her.
Love this gym. PTs are very knowledgeable, approachable and care about your health and wellbeing. They run classes, write blogs that get you thinking and hold Nutrition 101 seminars - all included in the fees

Great gym with friendly and supportive trainers focusing on holistic and sustainable habits in exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.
An amazing space to train with some traditional and not so traditional equipment and fun toys to play with. It's run by Tony and Jackie, both well respected trainers in the industry. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
Great gym and personal trainers who know there stuff definitely recommend checking them out. Offer a 24/7 gym and heaps of extras with added privacy that bigger gyms dont offer.
