J's Gym facility accommodates: All levels of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Group fitness, Strength and conditioning and Personal training.
J's Gym, also known to the competitive kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu community as Zero Tolerance Palmerston North/Deep Water BJJ, provides a safe, clean and energetic environment which welcomes individuals interested in alternative forms of physical exercise.
JG facility provides classes which accommodate all levels of experience and fitness, and especially welcomes those interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and/or Kickboxing. These classes are run by Personal trainers and experienced kickboxing/BJJ participants.
Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing - a great way to improve fitness, self-confidence, strength and to learn self-defence.
