Lots of sizes available 10-16 seemed most common for items like dresses whilst pants had some smaller sizes. Lots of choice and nice to see items in person. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Some options to buy damaged items I guess in hopes that customers would mend them which seems sustainable, but these items are overpriced if that’s the intention. Not much cheaper than shopping the online sales, but nice to try on the items.
I had a really lovely and pleasant time shopping here. The staff are beautiful and helpful with lots of patience. I felt comfortable and able to try on as much as I needed. Great store with some pretty and well priced Gorman finds.
Wonderful shopping experience! Bridget and Tilly are an absolute delight to deal with and incredibly helpful. Great range of factory seconds/samples very reasonably priced.
Great selection of clothing and accessories! When I go, I find there are a lot of size smaller or around size 8-10. With the shoe size around 9 or 7. I think the bags are still pricey for a clearance store. Still good though.
Best products less prices! I love this store:
If you are bigger than a size 6, don't waste your time. Everything is size 4-6, a few 8's thrown in but very minimal. Their production team could learn alot from visiting the outlet store. They need to cut their production of sizes 4 and 6 and make more of 12 and up. They could then sell alot more at normal retail, it's not rocket science!!!!!
It’s expensive. Whilst the sales assistants were gathering all my items onto a hanger, to prepare for a dressing room, the store became busier. When I entered the dressing room, with 8 items, I was given a time limit to try them all and was constantly hurried with “just a few mins left” because people were waiting for a dressing room. Even though I had waited ten minutes without anything being said to those in the dressing room at the time. I was annoyed that I left half the items in the dressing room and walked out of the store. I spent my money on Country Road in Melbourne city instead. I’ll never return to this over priced retail outlet.
Good range of clothing & accessories and very friendly staff.
Wonderful service and visually energising products
Good variety of out of season Gorman range. I found the shop a bit disorganised / crowded and the range varies depending on size of course. Still relatively pricey but I picked up a couple of items for about 60% of regular price.
