Don't let them sublet your car to MTech, Franco is as incompetent and criminal minded as they come. As for this business they just need to work on not misleading and lying to their customers. Bodywork was done ok but trust is important when putting your safety in somebody else's hands. Would not recommend if you value your life and your car.Services:&nbsp;Tires

Dropped in as I had a stain on my cars paintwork that would not polish off and wanted advice on what I needed to purchase to remove it. A staff member kindly advised to drive my car in and he would try and remove stain with their equipement. After about 20 mins and the help of a second staff member, the stubborn stain was finally removed. I requested  that I will pay for the effort involved but was told that it will not need any payment. I would not hesitate recommending this business for all your panel beating needs as the courtesy  shown  to me was exceptional.

This is a very good business. They're very well organised and the staff are really friendly. I spoke to a chap called Ash and he was a great bloke, very helpful. Their work is awesome and very reasonably priced. They do insurance work too of course. Give them a go. You won't regret it.

Fixed my 370Z after a run in with a Kangaroo.  They were already working on it on day 1.  I dropped it off Monday and had it back looking perfect by Friday. Dude was super friendly and made the whole experience totally painless and stress free.  Highly recommended.

Estimate for repair 6 or 7 weeks. Outcome 4 months!! When I did get it back drove about 4km before returning it. Serious suspension issue on the wheel that was most affected by the crash. Impossible to imagine that it was neither checked or noticed. Then had to return it again as another problem related to the dealership's work was poorly done. The panel work looks good and I trust that the rest of the repair is done well. Big issue was with overly optimistic but very I accurate communication.

Outstanding result; excellent service; great touches -- flexible on booking dates, lovely touches: plastic on seats for protection, car polished, car driven to office door at pick up. Travis so helpful and friendly. First-class in every way!!

Ok, so I didn't go through insurance - the hassle wasn't worth it. I dealt with Steve. I had a quick 'drop in quote' and once I had approved it, he made it happen. Although there were a few hiccups, series of unfortunate accidents, you know those kind of days - where it is no one's fault...someones calls in sick, parts don't arrive etc... , Steve and the crew  still went the extra mile or is that kilometre?, to get me back on the road ASAP. The customer service I would have to say was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and the crew to anyone. If I am unfortunate enough to require this type of service again, I would use them.

VT Clubsport was taken to Gordon Avenue Accident Repair Centre in 2015 through GIO Insurance insurer of party who crashed into my parked car upon completion my car was more damaged after they "repaired" it, they had trouble getting the back door open and I assume they lent over the drivers seat coulson seat, as they had broken the metal seat frame. My rear spoiler was loose and was about ready to fall off. There were scratches on the front bumper, that weren't there prior, and the parts they had replaced my damaged ones with, were well used 2nd hand parts, and the door they resprayed had runs in it and some white spots. After escalating the case with GIO, I was requried to allow them to fix up the problems that were raised, after another two weeks, upon picking up my car, I noticed that my fog light switch was pushed into the dash, when it was brought to their attention before I drove out Travis told me that it was like that before...  View the photos and videos attached, and see for yourself... After escalating the case again with GIO, I took it to a repairer of my choice and after a $2,000 claim later as car needed a whole new drivers seat as it was unroadworthy in the condition I recieved it the car was returned to the condition it was in prior to the incident.  The last photo was the car after it was hit, and before Gordon Avenue Accident Repair Center received it, so you can see that the scratches on the window pillar and doors weren't there before it was "repaired"
