Charged $40 for a 5 minute job and told it was driving fine again. It didn't even make it 4kms home before the problem started again. Went back in a second time and they managed to fix the problem. Totally negligent and didn't even top up my brake fluid in the service - luckily someone else checked to see I had none in the reservoir. Asked specifically to have one part of the car looked at - they said it had no issues. Having that replaced elsewhere next week. Wouldn't risk it.

I have received nothing but fantastic service from Jax Tyres. Prices are great, all the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and the new office is a very welcoming place to wait while your car is being fixed.

Very disappointed. I rang and ask for a quote, i had all the right information to give them as im not silly, only to be treated like dirt. Assuming because im a female. The guy who I was speaking with was quick to ask if it was for my partner. Which i replied no its my vehicle. Only to be cut off and and spoken to rudely again. Not a good way to get people to come into your store and support your business. I would understand if i rang up and asked for a quote but had no idea what i was speaking about and wasnt able to answer the queations asked.. You have lost me as a potential customer. Mannors and Respect go along way. Male or female everyone should be treated equally..
