First visit to this place and immediately the guys seem to have fixed a vibration issue that's been going on for the best part of 2 years, after several other places weren't able too rectify it. Excellent customer service too. You've definitely earned yourselves a life long customer here.

I had a great experience  here this week. Fantastic service while I waited for 4 new tyres and a whole alignment. Fast and efficient and lovely staff. Mae a standout on reception and on the workshop floor, charming and bubbly and lovely to customers. Well done !

Nothing but positive things to say about these guys. Originally talked to May over the phone about getting brakes replaced and she was incredibly helpful, and was able to book me in straight away when i called back. Took the car in and the guys working on it, called me up and gave me a quote less than the original one i had gotten. They were really quick with their service and super approachable. Will be coming back

I just called these guys. They didn't have any available bookings for when I needed one, but they were so helpful over the phone and gave me some really good advice. Explained to me how I can check my wheel bearings myself and what to do if they urgently needed replacement. Very friendly, polite, helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire about a week ago and was in desperate need of a new tyre. I first went to bridgestone geelong and immediately felt a sense of comfortability and trust in the worker. He was a extremely nice and humble individual who was knowledgeable and took every step further for me by calling warehouses and doing research for my tyres.  I left with a quote and then went around to compare to other shops. However, my final decision came back to bridgestone because of their customer service.  Got my new tyre swapped immediately on the day and i am having no troubles since. I would highly recommend them!!

Mae, Michael, Kyle and others offer the best kind of customer support I have come across. They are very transparent about their advice often in contradiction to their best interests with approaches to fix issues with my car, they are beyond professional, while being incredibly warm, funny, relaxed and calm about any possible challenge with my car.  They are easy to book in to, even when I needed my car towed to them over the Christmas holiday break - they kept my car safe until they had capacity a few days later.  Family owned and operated and very trustworthy, great quality workmanship, great advice about other local services for different things and all round delight to engage with.  I’ve since bought a new car, but will go out of my way to go to them outside of obliged servicing through the dealership to maintain my warranty. Very happy and recommend them to everyone in and around Geelong :
