I went to Bursons because they portray themselves as the most professional parts store. While the service was friendly it was not helpful. No listing for a Coolant temp sender on a Ford Falcon. Not that it wasn't in stock. They didn't even have a part listing. For one if the most common cars in the country. I tried to help but they just said no listing. Repco, Autobarn, Auto pro, Super cheap all had a listing and one even had the part in stock.

One of the best Bursons stores in Melbourne.  The staff are very friendly & helpful.

Firstly i was quoted wrong price over the phone frustrating but forgiveable and then when instore with seperate query i was met with arrogance and zero help, regularly shop at different bursons stores and this was my first and last geelong visit, got everything i needed elswhere online for less then half the price.

Great place to get parts. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Especially a nice chap called "Cam"
