Well equipped gym although machines were getting bit older and they have just placed some new equipment on the lower floor. Adequate supply of water fountains all around & abundant cardio machines are available.  Staff looks friendly and they have classes which are usually quiet full. Have a kids area too so you can enjoy your workout while your kids play in their own area. Wish they had a boxing bag & gymnastics rings.

I love the staff at this gym. They always make you feel so welcomed. When I was at my all low from being really unfit/ they made me feel welcome and not judged at all. I had back surgery a year ago- and all trainers in the classes made me feel like I can accomplish anything. They provide basic to advanced exercises and give me alternatives. 

I love how I even see them outside the gym and they even recognise me and send me a wave. 

I’m also impressed by their professionalism even when a competitive gym keeps poaching me to register with them- and even attend this gym with their “gym shirt” on- trying to market their business.

Equipment is really good. Good Bathrooms. The only problem that I have is that the sauna with the shower in it stinks so much.

Worse gym ever I got a free 5 day pass went with my friend and got harassed by so many trainers if I wanted a free session which I didn't and had to tell 3 of them no I was going to sign up but this really put me off the staff are really unfriendly and I found judgemental as well and rude I waited 25mins to be served at the desk because I wanted to purchase a pre work out drink no one would serve me to make it worse I walked off wanted to leave went to go get changed only to find a used tampon on the floor in the shower which by the way was disgusting I let the lady at the desk know all she told me to do was pick it up and put it in the bin which made me horrified because it was another females tampon disgusting when I used the equipment with my friend I noticed it was dated had dust all over the equipment I have asthma so it makes my breathing harder I went to go warm down only to trip over the weights because no one cares to clean up after themselves told front desk and they did not care. Was a really dirty gym with out dated equipment poor management no one knew what they were doing and not to mention the really expensive gym fees I signed up with world gym in ipswich which that is the best gym I've been to in my life whatever you do don't waste your money on this gym seriously they are scam artists to over priced bad customer service and dirty gym facilities with dated equipment disgusting worst experience of my life.
